My partner and I are 52 and 56 respectively. We get a lot of shock and “no way” responses when we share our ages. A big part of that is our commitment to the simplest, most natural, purest, and cost-effective skin care routine (including an amazing sun protection which is essential for rock climbers!). We use a K-beauty product line (Korean’s are well known for their dedication to their skin). The skin is our largest organ and should be cared for. 3-5 minutes, twice a day is all it takes - and the right products, of course. Get the best vitamins and minerals into your diet
I’ve tried dozens upon dozens of supplements, often in a very systematic method, to observe my energy level and how my stomach felt, trying each with meals, before meals, after meals and on an empty stomach.
